The Guest House is located in Rome, an artistic city, in the semi-central area of Appia-Tuscolana, just a few steps from Metro A. Colfelice Rooms is a newly designed building, professionally designed to offer quality hospitality, characterized by taste, attention to detail, and originality in its elegant style.

Travelers who choose to stay with us can experience the charm of a residential neighborhood in Rome that offers a wide range of services. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. It is important to note that, being a typical residential area, all services are of high quality and at affordable prices, designed for residents. For example, the surrounding restaurants all offer excellent quality dishes at a fair price.

It is important to emphasize that the entire area is characterized by white stripes, which means that parking is free and available everywhere. For those who prefer, there is also a private garage affiliated with the property just 50 meters away, at a cost of 10 euros per day. There are no restricted traffic zones or controlled access points: access is free and available throughout the area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our property is the ideal place for tourists visiting Rome, but also for those traveling for work or wishing to spend a romantic vacation in a peaceful and private environment.

We offer rooms with private bathrooms, free ultra-fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioned and heated spaces, and the possibility to return at any time of the night. Some rooms also have a private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast during beautiful Roman mornings, kissed by the sun.

One of Colfelice Rooms' strengths is breakfast. In our dedicated room, we offer a freshly prepared, rich, and personalized breakfast, both Italian and international, chosen from our complete menu provided the night before.

All our rooms, equipped with air conditioning, offer every comfort. In addition to basic amenities, you will find a refrigerator, super-fast internet access, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a kettle with a selection of teas, a hairdryer, and a full set of toiletries. Upon request, we can also provide a camping cot for children up to 3 years old.

With us, we can accommodate up to 11 guests in the following room types:
- 2 "Double With Terrace" rooms, each of which can accommodate up to 3 people.

- 1 "Double" room, which can accommodate up to 3 people.

- 1 "Single" room, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

You will be greeted in Italian or English and assisted by Evaristo, our manager.

Lastly, but not least, we emphasize that our property enjoys a strategic location that allows for easy transportation around the city thanks to the proximity of metro stations (Metro A - Colli Albani just 100 meters away).
